As per the regulations issued in Plastic Waste Management Rules 2016 all producers, brand owners, resellers, importers manufacturers of plastic are liable for safe disposal post-consumer use or ‘end of life’. Thus, to ensure the right disposal is achieved producers may collaborate with Waste Management Agency (WMA) in order to establish a distinctive collection channel for their Plastic Waste.
